  Help, we have put a couple of scratces in our recently refinished while oak floors. Contractor sounds dubious about being able to repair? What to do? Also, I believe they used water based Dura-Stain verithane?

  I’m not sure how to solve the problem, but I too am in need of a solution for my floors…looking forward to hearing back with any possible fixes!
