Need to remove hair from drainage pipe.

Being a first time homebuyer I am overwhelmed with everything wrong with our home. Of all the concerns plumbing is one the greatest at this point. I have already used a snake and lye to remove the clogs from other drains. Now our shower drainage pipe is clogged with outrageous amounts of hair. We have no money at this point to keep up with needed home ipmrovements. What is the best way for me to remove this to and prevent future problems?

I have done this to a snag i just couldn’t get with the snake. I used my wet vac at the drain and sucked the snag hair out really worked good so give it a try. Get some drain cleaner after you fix it and use according to instructions. May want to get a hair strainer for your bath-sink too. What doesn’t go into the drain doesn’t get caught!!
