A few years ago, my mortise cylinder on my front entrance door was repaired and I bought an extra one for the future. Well, that future problem has arrived again and this time I am “screwed”. When I opened the new one that i bought, all of it was in a plastic bag. All those little pins were out and I don’t know how to set it up, there is even a loose spring. I know I can get the lock to work again with my door, but need guidance in how to install those “pins”…I don’t know why instructions weren’t included. Its a TSS cylinder, if that helps. Any ideas where i can get this info? I’ll try TSS company, if they are still in existence.

just take to a locksmith have him “rekey” it.
      then you install it.
easier then me trying to give you a crash course on how to rekey a lock.
      a lot easier.
he might charge you 10 dollars.
