mortar bed

I have a 4″ concrete pad (outside)that is 8 years old. I layed a 2 x 4 around the perimeter, placed a layer of roofing felt on the concrete and poured a 1 and 1/2 inch mortar bed (2 parts sand to 1 part cement)10 days ago. I power washed the area today. When can I start laying the porcelain tile? I will be using Flexbond fortified thin set mortar.

It will depend on the moisture levels in your area I would think maybe a week but not sure
