mold on parkay floors

I just bought a house and I pulled up the carpet and found a hidden treasure. I have parkay floors in all of the bedrooms and the hallway. The only problem is the people that lived there before me did not take care of the house and I have serious black mold all over the parkay floors. I started sand them and aftr 12 hours I don’t even half half of one bedrrom done! Is there a simpler way to get the mold and stains off the floor? I really want to keep the floors.

Mold does not require sanding to get rid of it. Simple bleach solutions or mildewcides can kill and remove it with damp mopping.

Stains are another issue altogether and will require sanding the floors.
