I am new so please bear with me here.
I have a leakage problem in an outside wall that still contains an old rotting rusting milk chute which can be removed but I need to know what to replace it with and any tips on repairing the area around it that has just started to become damaged. This house was built in approximately 1956 and am a bit unsure what the actual wall is composed of.
plaster is part of it but am unsure of what the actual wall behind the cracking plaster is composed of—
I am a woman so BE NICE!! LOL
