I tracked down this jointer at the Craftsman website. It IS a Craftsman jointer, but they offer no manual in the parts search. Try it yourself at www3.sears.com

I would call their 800 number for help. They will mail you the manual if it is possible.

Here are manuals for similar #103.xxx craftsman jointers made by King Seeley

      http://www.owwm.com/MfgIndex/Publications.asp?ID=222

And from that website…….”Copies of manuals for many vintage Craftsman machines with model numbers beginning 103. and 113. are available by emailing

      info@ridgidwoodworking.com

Include model number and your mailing address in the request. They may reply saying they have no info for your particular model number, but watch your mailbox. Sometimes they claim that, then mail it.”
