The furnace is going through all the steps up to the point of blowing, but then it shuts down, restarts and goes through all the steps again. The 2nd time it actually blows. We have had two different repairmen out and had some things done but we are still having the problem. The last repairman said he can’t figure it out because it won’t do it while he is here. He has done all of the following:
      checked electrical connections
      replaced flame sensor
      checked electrical amps
      cleaned burners
      replaced circuit board module

Today, it actually went through 3 incomplete cycles and then shut down. We turned it off and restarted it and then it works fine for a while before acting up again.

      Any ideas?

Nothing on the list about using a manometer to check the gas and chamber pressures. It might take a few tries to get it over the starting pressure when the pressure is off specification.

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
