      I recently replaced some receptacles in my kitchen to upgrade the color. 4 of these are inline (wire goes from 1 receptacle to the next, then to the next, etc.) The voltage on the 1st 2 receptacles reads 110. But the last 2 read 19 volts. I removed the feed wire from the 3rd receptacle & checked the voltage on the wire. It also reads 19 volts.

      All of these were working fine before I changed them. I reconnected them identically as the old receptacles were that were working fine.

      Any idea what may be going on here??

      * Check the Neutral white wires at the 2nd receptacle for tightness.
      * Check for a jumper between the two Neutral screws. Check for 120 volts where the neutral leaves the 2nd receptacle. If no 120 volts, then the jumper is missing or broken.
      * Good luck… Adios… Jasper…
