I am looking for an adapter for Craftsman cordless drill – model #973.225400. Any way to find without buying new drill.
best bet is to contact the manufacturer and see which vendors have supplies for this type of drill.

According to Sears that item is part # 1421414 but discontinued.
Your model however looks to have been made for Sears by Ryobi so check with a Ryobi dealer to see if there is an equivalent that will work with yours.

It looks like that was a Sears Canadian release I couldn’t find the genuine Ryobi model number But I did find the part number for the adapter on http://www.ereplacementparts.com/ryobi-parts-c-7931.html
The Ryobi part number for the charger is 1421414. You will probably have to call the Canadian service center to see if it’s still available
that number is 1-800-665-4455
