Looking for Miami Carey kitchen fan replacement

I can’t seem to find a replacement screen anywhere. I have a 50 yr old house and a Miami Carey kitchen fan may be the original fan. The screen is old and the grease and grime no longer washes off.

I need a replacement screen but can’t find the size.

Can someone advise me where I can purchase replacement screens?
