      I’ve got a dark and creepy basement and I’d like to improve the lighting, but I’m not sure how. I know that fluorescent lights are the norm for basements, but I was looking for alternative that might be a little nicer. The ceiling is not finished, so I know that I am limited in my options. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      Are you planning on running some junction boxes for the new lighting, or are you planning on plugging the lights into existing outlets?
