We Have a house that is almost 100 years old. We currently have a linoleum floor(in fact more than one) We want to put a neww floor in but my husband and I can’t decide between hardwood or cork. Which will be best and easier? Which will hold up more?Or could tile be better?

      Hi,

My house is 151+ years 🙂

The house have tiles in the kitchen, living room and dining room. We recently replaced the dining room’s floor with hardwood and we love it! its much warmer than cold tiles.

Its probably not easier to install but its a great long term investment, people love to buy houses with hardwood floors.

      Good luck!

PS.. Post back with what you decide to do!
