Kenmore Series 80 Dryer Problem

My Kenmore series 80 dryer will no longer start when the timed control knob is set for a time greater than 10 minutes. When the time is set for 10 minutes or less, the dryer functions normally. If you advance the knob beyond 10 minutes the dryer will not start. It is having the same issue in the More Dry \ Less Dry control section as well.

It sounds to me as if your timer is on it’s last legs. Better replace the timer.
