Kenmore 90 seris washer

I am using this washer for 7+ yrs. I am having problem with cold water side. I have changed both cold/hot hoses and clean small filter at washer side. I am still getting cold washer at slow speed. can some guide me on this issue? Also, if someone have kenmore 90 series manual that show me how to open, please share with me.

That is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its complete model number (“90 Series” isn’t it).
