      it will cycle and get to rinse cycle then just stops. Any insight?

      I’m afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its exact model number (“90 Series” isn’t it). If you post it we can look it up to see what appliance design you’re dealing with.

      You mean the timer stops moving at that point in the cycle and never moves further on it’s own?

      For it to get to the rinse cycle it has to proceed thru spin. Does the timer actually reach rinse? If it does it would tend to indicate the timer is bad.
