i have a tile shower stall in my home and recently noticed that all around the bottom of the stall the tile is coming apart from the wall,(i guess there is a leak behind the wall), i took the bottom tiles off an noticed one spot on the wall where the shower head is located has a little water stain on it,ran the water thru the shower head for a few minutes and didn’t notice any water leaking…could this be just a moisture leak or just a default in the grout when the tiles were installed 13 years ago,…any and all help would be appreciated

A leak. could be tile and grout failure.

You definitely have some type of failure or you would not be able to take off the tiles. But it may not be a leak (well it is now since you have removed the tiles but that can be repaired.

If your shower has been leaking for 13 years you should have some mold or damage in that wall and I would get it checked out.
