Hi,
This is just an idea I thought of and you may think I am silly for thinking of it, but it just might work. Get one or maybe even two car jacks and place a long solid piece of timber on them and place it under the house and jack up the corner till its a little above level. Dig a hole and put a new support post in with quick set concrete. When the concrete is set lower the house down onto the post.
