How to attach standard incandescent lighting fixtures to standard 2’x4′ grid drop ceilings?

Hi I have run into a situation where a person wants me to install standard box mount incandescent lighting fixtures to a drop cieling with the standard 2’x4′ grid. They say there is a way to attach the light fixtures to the grid. How would I go about doing this?

you need to install a ceiling box and cut out of a panel and attach the fixture to the box.
