My son is selling his house and has a crack in the tile down the middle of his bathroom. The house was built in the 50s and this is the original tile. There are probably settling (foundation) issues. We are considering putting a good vinyl sheeting over this floor. Do we need to do any special prep work? Is this a good idea? Sorry, we’re beginners at this.
