My son has this ceiling fan with a remote. He took the remote to day care and now that it has been “out of the area” for a couple of days it isn’t working. I’ve put a new battery in it but that hasn’t helped. Do I need to reprogram it somehow?
check the dip switches inside they come all in one direction from the manufacturer. Or possibly he got it wet or dropped it. You can get a new one at home depot. Good luck
