  I bought a new igniter and changed it before I knew how to test it. Now that I know how to test it I know that its good. But I also know now that the igniter is not getting any voltage supplied to it when I turn the dryer on.. What do I need to change to fix that?

  take the cover off the back of the dryer(after you unplug it)and check the thermal fuse.
