  The fan on my furnace sometimes does not want to turn on. What could be causing this. The furnace is more than 20 years old. Is it time for a new one?

  You are right, the motor being so old can be the cause of it’s not running.

  Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
