For the 1st time I used Benjamin Moore floor expoy latex paint. I sanded,washed with TSP then after dry, a few days painted a cottage floor. One floor came out beautiful, the other (paint texture came thinner) 2 weeks later the 2nd floors were all scratched up. Where did I go wrong. Clean, sanded, dry floors, low humidity days, fans running for 2 days??
You might try taking some of the flakes from the second floor back to the store where you got the Benj. Moore paint. The store might not be able to tell much but they should send the flakes to the manufacturer for their comments. That should answer your questions and might result in an even better answer for you.
