fix/repair sill

I have about 8ft.of sill that needs to be repaired/replaced. I saw a product being used on a T.V.episode that eliminated the need to cut out the wood. Does anyone know the name of this product and where in Canada I can purchase it?

I am not sure exactly what you want but will take a guess. On a This Old House episode, they repaired a sill by using an epoxy compound. They didn’t name a brand but if you go to this website.
