fixing holes in saturnia stone floors

What material(s) should I use to fill small holes that have been surfacing from a saturnia stone floor. How can I fix it myself?

As is travertine has holes. These holes are filled with a cementious material at the factory. Travertine does wear so the holes will continue to emerge over time. Call a marble & stone restoration professional and ask
them to come out and give you a consultation. The fee charged is probably well worth the knowledge received.
