      Please help! I am trying to faux wood-paint a fireplace that is made of plaster. It has no direction of which I need to direct my brush to make it look like real wood.
      If anyone knows what I can do to acheive that realistic built fireplace look with paint, I need help!

      Hi,
      I have found a couple of sites for you that could help you out. The first one gives a good example on how to get that wood finish on a table. http://www.diy.com The other shows you a picture of a faux painted fire place.
