Fan on Intertherm heater is loud

We have a mobile home that has an Intertherm heater – when the fan blows, it is very loud. Also, is there a place to put a filter in – we can’t find the place to do that.

Usually the filters are inside the cabinet at the top of the furnace in back of the flue pipe. Panels remove to get at them.
