We are purchasing a home in a new development. In our front courtyard the drainage pipe is clogged and water has been allowed to stand on the concrete for over 10 days. I am very concerned about the negative effect on the concrete. Have already spoken to the developer but he has little concern. Common sense, not building sense, tells me this could be harmful to the integrity of the concrete. Does anyone have knowledge that will help?
