Ceiling my ceiling received some water damage from my vent tube from my bathroom. The tube sagged down and rested on the ceiling and froze now my ceiling is all cracked and flaking off it’s a 2’x3′ rectangle my question is… is there a way to patch this water damaged spot??
First remove the damp insulation in your attics. Let the plaster dry from above. remove all loose parts on your ceiling and replace it with regular coumpound.Your problem is that you need more ventilation in your attics.
