I have a end unit of a city row house made of brick. It seems that air penetrates easily. I’ve installed new windows and repointed the bricks. There is no basement yet air comes in from the floor area too. Any suggestions as to the cause and cure. Thanks, John

John, air comes in to replace air that is leaving,
most likely through gaps in the ceiling/attic floor
in the form of leaky access doors, plubing & wiring
penetrations, etc. For much more info read through
