concrete on vinyl

i have a brand new house out of vinyl siding. when the guys poured the concrete for the front porch they slung concrete all over the siding. how do i remove the concret without damaging the siding.

use a dry cloth and rub the area.it should come
off easy. i had concrete poured in a house for
floor heat and there were a few splatters. they
came off no problem.

It would be easier to pick up the phone and demand
that the builder or subcontractor clean it up for you.
