Compression Clamps. Do I need a sleeve or sealent with them? I have a water heater that I have had to use a compression clamp on my hot water outlet copper tube. I put it on, and it is leaking badly. Is there a sleeve or sealant or something that I needed to put on there first to solve that?
WITH A COMPRESSION FITTING ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT LINED UP RIGHT AS TO NOT CROSS THREAD IT AND MAKE SURE IT’S TIGHT ENOUGH AS TO NOT LEAK
