Someone will have to try to find out the cause. Once that is determined we may be able to offer suggestions on how to correct it.
For just the water dispenser n/w, possible causes include a frozen water reservoir in the fridge compartment, a failed water fill valve on the back of the fridge and a problem in the dispenser mechanism on the door.
