I just retiled my shower and did not cover my drain. some dust, grout and cement must of gotten down there and clogged it up. I got most of it out, probably 2/3 of the way around the P trap but can not seem to get the rest. I have tried a hose with a jet nozzle on the end, acid, a snake and used my air compressor with a jet nozzle on the end. Still can not seem to get it get to break up. Any suggestions.
* A plumber will have a power snake with cutting blades that can go into the sewer pipe for many feet.
* You can rent a power snake, but they are DANGEROUS!!! A friend of mine lost 1/2 of his index finger when the snake got jammed and the snake coiled around his finger a ripped it off…
* Call a plumber…
