Remember the old saying “fight fire with fire” its the same with oil, in your case. that is fight oil with oil. Spray WD40 onto the oil stain and the WD40 will start to move the black oil stain out. Hose it off then sprinkle landry powder over it and get your broom and scrub it off and give it another hose down.
WD40 is also great for removeing oil stains from your driveway where you park your car. If you go to WD40 web site you will find a page that gives you a zillion other great uses for it.
