      I am restoring a Chicago greystone and I am looking for information on repairing and replacing brick foundations. The brick is almost completely deteriorated in certain areas. Do I replace it? Can I build a block wall instead of replacing it? Any suggestions? We will be doing the work ourselves. I am a licensed contractor.
