recently i had a 3′ x 3′ foot opening in front of my house to make it a solid cement front. I had that opening for plants but decided against it, so i had it covered to match the best way it can with the surrounding cement. Now, after days of rain, not that is the cause of it, i noticed where the guys were mixing the cement is kind of whitish. is there a way i can get rid of that with some kind of chemical or bleach?
