bathroom tile

tiled bathroom wall will have to be opened to replace plumbing for bath faucets. I will have to patch that wall. would prefer to replace discontinued American Olean 4 1/4″, in buckwheat #46, or failing that, create a patch that is compatible.
Any sources for discontinued tile? Or suggested patch designs?
