Air Conditioner will not work

Someone please help. Last night my ac unit stopped working. The Fan will blow inside the house but the AC unit ouside does not start so the air is not cooled. I can see that the fan is not turning. But again the fan iside the house turns on but blows warm air. I have checked all of the fuses and breakers, where do I go from here?

but did you check the fuses inside the disconnect outside?but don’t mess with it if you’re not sure what you’re doing.220 you know.
