      I want to buy a house which doesn’t have air ducts running throughout the house. It has water heating system. Can I add the air cooling system in that house?

      I want to buy a house. A electric power substation (33/11 KV probably) is located adjacent to that house. Should I buy the house, or in another word what will be the resale value of that house.
