Toxic Smell – Possibly Creosate

Thanks tomh! I am curious as to why my flooring would have the creosate and none of the other studios.
If I wanted to go the route of identifying the source, what kind of contractor should I look up?

Also, would you know Creosote get more noxious in the summer months with lots of heat?
