Sounds reasonable to me, at first I thought there may be back feeding when the double pole switch was on and the fan was then turned on giving it double power, but after drawing it out and thinkign about it with no switches involved in reality all power is still only coming from the one hot source and it is the same concept as connecting/wire nutting 3 seperate leads into one the hot source and when both switches are turned on, two of the feeds connect to the same fan which in a sense equals one feed in the end as they are parallel, and the third feed simply branches off to feed a light on the same circuit.

I do believe I’m ready to wire it up!
Thanks all..
