The subfloor does go under the walls.
Any recommondations for cutting the floor flush? I have a Fein Multimaster tool. The blades are expensive though.
I don’t really have to replace the whole sub floor but boards are pretty old and have shrunk up to a good 1/4″ gap between each board. I can feel a cold wind come up through the to floor sometimes.
