GFI replacement

I had the GFI outlet replaced and now an entirely different breaker is tripping…so should I replace the GFI breaker and the breaker controlling my living room outlets? I did some research on the web last night and I think it may actually be the “spring”. I haven’t taken the panel off to look at the breaker itself but that would make sense. I have nothing pulling on the power so the breaker should not be tripping right? When I push the breaker into the on position it trips immediatley even though nothing is plugged in on that breaker at the present time????
