GE Profile Dishwasher won’t completely drain

The Model is a Triton – Quiet Power II GSD5130D01WW.

A little more info: I can get it to drain if I pull down the drain pipe from the garberator. But if I lift the pipe to sink level the drain stops as if the pump is too weak to push the water all the way to sink level.
