This weekend notice that one of my horizontals mullions (clad) has rotten wood in back of it. Have check a couple more windows and looks like the same problem is starting to occur. By reading what I see on this web site I am not alone. Has anyone had any luck with the Caradco responding to their request for a fix or replacement windows ?
