    Hi leog0865,

I agree with Osajohnson, car cover is the way to go. There is no need to buy an expense one but the retractable ones are the easiest to use.

The other good thing with car covers is because they are so light weight, when breeze gets under them they slightly raise making it very uncomfortable for cats to stay there.

    Hi Bowhunter13,

Try cleaning the marks off with Silvo, Brasso, Stainless Steel cleaner or any other type of Metal Cleaner/polish. Second choice the Cream Cleaners from the supermarket. I say that because the metal cleaners are less abrasive than kitchen cream cleaners and it’s the marks left behind by Titanium you need to remove

They are all strong enough to remove the marks off porcelain without damaging the surface. These products are also perfect for removing rust stains in the bathrooms as well.

As always try a small area first to make sure you are happy with the results. I personally use these types of products in my bathroom and never had any damage done to my tiles. Hope this helps you out.

    Hi Victoria,
The timing is out on your sewing machine. The best thing to do is take your machine in for a service. A service should be done every 12 months. But if you are like me, I keep forgetting to take my sewing machine in. Tell them what is going on and they can fix the problem for you.

    Hi,
5/32 inch is the smallest floor spacer you can use.

I also recommend you use a mid gray colour grout. It doesn’t stand out and is the easiest colour to keep clean.
When you buy the grout, tell them what size tile spacer you are using. There are a few types of grouts out there for different size spacers, so it’s important you get the correct grout for your job.

    Hi,
The reason why I think it’s the thermocouple or in your case I think your model has a Flame Sensor is I had a similar problem with my unflued gas heater.

If the pilot light goes out and the sensor cools down it shuts off the gas supply. Or if they are not close enough to the flame to remain hot they also won’t allow the gas to come though.
When they start to where out you can get the problems you are experiencing. Make sure you don’t mistake the sensor probe for the ignition electrobe.
Below are some sites for you to have a look at and one site has the part you may need to fix your furnace.

    Hi,
The way you describe what is going on it sounds like it’s the Thermocouple or Flame Sensor, you need to take a look to see which one you have fitted to your furnace.

They both look very similar and they both sense the pilot fame, but work differently. The Thermocouple is made two different metals and when heated it produces D.C. voltage from the energy of the flame. If it starts to break down it can take longer to get heated or stop working all together.

First you can try cleaning the probe, it that doesn’t work you will need to buy a new Thermocouple or Flame Sensor.

    Hi Msgtusarmy,
This shed plan might be able to help you out. Except this plan is the higher in the front and lower in the back. It shouldn’t be to hard to reverse it around so the door is on the lower side of the shed.

    Hi Steve,
Thats normal for most new carpets. It does take a while before the carpet fluff stops, so all you can do for now is keep vacuuming and emptying your cleaner.

    Hi,
I know etching works great on glass so there’s a good chance it will work on your tiles.
If you have a couple of spare tiles, it might be worth a try using etching acid.

The other thing you can try is sandblast etching.

    Hi,
I have 3 kids and a swimming pool, tiles are the way to go. When choosing the tiles please make sure they are safe to walk on when they are wet, you know what its like, know matter how many times you tell your kids “Don’t Run” they always do.

There are anti-slip tiles you can buy or have an Anti-Slip treatment done to the tiles.

    Hi,

Here are a couple of ideas that will do the job.
The first one is fit to the walls stainless steel hand rails to the walls. They can be made to any length and screwed into the wall studs for strength. It will also give patrons something to lean or hold onto.

The next thing is you can buy wall guards or kick plates cut to the length for your walls.

Have a look though these sites and that will give you a good idea how they work and what they look like.

    Hi,
Go back over where you have stained with a light sanding. Start off with a fine grit paper and see how it goes. Even through the stain sinks into the timber, you will be suprized how eazy it can sand back, so go lightly at first.

Sand the timber back enough so it all looks even, then stain it again.

    Hi,
If it turns out its not insects, it could be a Rat or a Mouse. I had a Rat chew its way into my home and even chew my antenna cable right to the copper wire in the middle and then it started the chew though the power cable, likely I got to it in time. I first became suspicious when I was up late one night, everyone was asleep so it was quite and I heard noises behind the pantry.

Have a look around for rat droppings. Place some rat baits around and check to see if it’s been eaten. If it is rat or mouse, for now you can plug the hole with steel wool, (rats hate eating though steel wool) till you can get around to doing a permanent job.
