ParticipantThanks for the reply, but my post was over 4 years old and I have long ago gotten rid of the tool.

ParticipantIf you Google “gas appliance repair bradenton”, you will get several responses. You can call these firms and see if one can help with your problem.

ParticipantTake the tip off and try it. If water flows, you have a clogged tip.

ParticipantIt seems that I have used in the past marble threshold material which was about 3/8″ high. You might post your question at the John Bridge Tile Setting Forum. There are lots of professional tile setters there who will be pleased to guide you through a tile related issue. Post back here and let us know how you made out. Good luck.

ParticipantHave you tried contacting the manufacturer, Tex Enterprises? They probably would be in the best position to advise you about repair procedures with their product.

ParticipantI would contact Performance Coatings Inc. (the manufacturer) for their advise with your situation.

ParticipantYou may note that this thread is over three years old and the OP received a response similar to yours.

ParticipantWhat is the age of your house? If you have a historic home, metal or vinyl gutters probably would not be correct for the period. Lead-lined wooden gutters may be more historically correct.

ParticipantIsn’t it still winter in Minn.? Better bring your long Johns.

ParticipantA few of us are still here, but I fear most posters from the former forum do not know about this site.

ParticipantI am trying to re-post, since my question was not posted as I wrote it. Here goes again…
I have read negative reports recently about CSST in gas installations. I recently had a length of *** **** professionally accepted method of gas plumbing? Thanksthiggy
ParticipantI have not searched to see what blades may be interchangeable.

ParticipantYour Fein Multimaster is exactly what I had in mind if it is necessary to cut the subflooring off flush with the walls. I have the cheap Harbor Freight knock-off, which does a surprisingly good job of flush and plunge cuts, but the blades are not hardened and don’t last real long. There is a specialty flush-cutting circular saw which is used by flooring professionals. Possibly you could rent one for your project. It would be much faster than the Multimaster.

ParticipantSince no one else seems to be responding, I will give it a shot. Question #1 – If the subflooring was installed after the walls were framed, you can just pry the boards up after removing the baseboard and shoe mold, if any. If the walls were framed after the subfloor, then you will have to cut each board flush with the wall sill plate.
Question #2 – Treated plywood is OK to use, but not necessary.
Question #3 – Yesthiggy
ParticipantIf your stained area is relatively small, I recommend the Kilz Upshot. This is designed specifically to spray overhead on ceilings. It is much easier to use than a standard spray paint can.
