While it may be a complex paint to apply the customer service has been consistently helpful. They have set up a toll free number to answer any application questions for this paint at 1-800-379-7656. They have also developed a series of online videos to insure that your results look like they do in the store.

    The Cox vs. Shell settlement involves certain polybutylene plumbing systems installed between January 1, 1978 and July 31, 1995. Claimants may be eligible for a replacement of their plumbing system at no charge and/or a leak expense reimbursement if they qualify. Claimant must presently own or have previously owned a home plumbed with a polybutylene plumbing system and they must have experienced a qualifying leak. Claimant can complete a claim eligibility form on line at http://www.pbpipe.com or request a claim eligibility form from by calling 1-800-392-7591 or by writing to the Consumer Plumbing Recovery Center (CPRC) at PO Box 869006, Plano, TX 75086-9006.     You can probably get most of the wax off with an ice cube in a plastic bag and a butter knife. Being careful not to wet the suede. However there could be some waxes left in the suede that you will want to take to the dry cleaner for removal.

    Another branch fell on my house last night waking us up at 2 AM. When I say branch I mean a small tree. The base of this branch was about a foot in diameter. Luckily it just landed with a thud on the roof then rolled off and stuck about a foot into the ground. looked like I planted it there.
    Next time you come by Doug, Give me a little warning and I will have some cold beer waiting for you.

    I live in the College Park area of Orlando and the old oak trees in this neighborhood took some heavy damage. I am removing one from my roof now. Did not get power back till last night. All people are healthy which is more important. And you are right about that Hurricane deductible Doug. No claim for me either.
